A priced bid, reviewed before you see it.

A documented estimating operation for subcontractors and specialty trades, run the same way on every bid, from a tenant improvement to a large commercial build.

Everything between the invitation and the result.

  1. 01

    Plan, spec and addenda review

Every drawing, spec section and addendum read before a quantity is counted. If something is missing, we ask for it instead of assuming.

  2. 02

    Full quantity takeoff in STACK

Every project lives in STACK, with assemblies, quantities and scope handled the way an estimator actually works.

  3. 03

    Labor, material and cost pricing

The takeoff priced across labor, material and the other cost lines the bid needs, to the markup you set.

  4. 04

    Inclusions and exclusions, written

What is covered and what is not, attached to the estimate. This is the paper that protects you when scope gets argued later.

  5. 05

    Bid worksheets and proposal files

The estimate built into a finished proposal PDF, saved to your project folder and ready for a GC.

  6. 06

    Revisions on addenda and updates

New drawings, revised specs or a late addendum: the estimate gets updated and passes review again.

  7. 07

    Submission to the GC

Submitted per the GC's instructions, by email or their platform, under your company name.

  8. 08

    Outcome tracking

Awarded, not awarded or pending. Every result is recorded against the bid, so the pipeline is a record instead of a memory.

Six things that do not bend.

A process is only worth something if it holds the week everything goes wrong.

  1. Internal deadlines, always.

Every bid gets an internal deadline at least four hours before the GC's. A last-minute problem never becomes a missed submission.

  2. Nothing reaches you unreviewed.

Every estimate passes internal quality control before delivery. You never receive a first draft.

  3. Corrections go in writing.

Review notes are written, never verbal, and the corrected estimate is reviewed a second time.

  4. Nothing is submitted without your approval.

Final pricing, bid strategy and the decision to submit stay with you. Every time.

  5. Every bid is documented.

A project folder, a priorities entry and a log row. If a bid exists, all three exist.

  6. Your information stays yours.

Bid strategies, pricing and GC relationships are confidential, and that does not expire when an engagement does.

And what we do not do.

An estimating partner who is vague about the edges of their scope is a problem waiting to happen.

Let's look at what your operation needs.
