You should not have to finish the job twice.

First in the field, then again at night. Hand us the office so you can stay focused on the field.

Know which jobs made money.

A monthly report with revenue, cost and margin per job, while there is still time to act on it.

And when you bid, we price it.

Full quantity takeoffs, scope in writing and an internal review before any number reaches the GC.

You run the field. We run the office.

Books, billing, collections and bids handled by a team that knows construction, so your hours go to crews, clients and the work.

Great contractors lose money in the office. Not in the field.

The back office runs on memory and scattered email. That is where margin quietly leaks, and that is the job we do.

Monthly job-margin report

Which jobs made money. In writing. Every month.

  • Revenue per job

Tracked monthly, per project, not rolled into one company total.

  • Cost per job

Broken down by labor, material and subs, so you can see where it went.

  • Gross margin per project

The number that tells you whether to bid that GC, that scope, that way again.

  • AR and billing summary

What is outstanding, what is aging, and what went out this month.

When you bid

Four phases. Every bid. No exceptions.

  1. 01

    Bid intake

The invitation is logged, the project folder is built, and every document is filed before estimating starts.

  2. 02

    Estimate production

Full quantity takeoff, priced with inclusions and exclusions written down, then reviewed internally.

  3. 03

    Submission

You approve. The bid goes to the GC under your name, the final version is saved and the log is updated.

  4. 04

    Result

Awarded or not, the outcome is recorded, so you end the year with a real record of what you bid and won.
